Sierra View Association

Sierra View Association is a Homeowners Association located in the Pocono Mountains of  Pennsylvania.  Established in 1976, the association has over 1250 properties. We are a private association governed by, membership approved bylaws, rules, and regulations.  We strive to provide our homeowners with an active, and safe community in which to live.

HELP!  Volunteers needed to paint the pool during the month of May.  Call the office if you are able to volunteer.  You will meet some of your neighbors, and possibly develop long term friendships in the process of helping your community.
Board of Directors meetings in 2011 will held the third Sunday of every other month at 5:30 PM at the Clubhouse. Beginning in February, then April, June, August, October (General Membership), and December. One open Board seat is still  available.
2011 invoices were mailed in December. Unpaid 2010 balances will be referred to a collection agency, and an automatic lien will be placed on your property, unless a payment arrangement is made through the office.	Primerica
Board Seat open for a term beginning immediately and ending in December 2012. We need someone to fill this position. Come to our next Board meeting if you are interested in filling this position.
Crime Watch Meetings are held on the second Friday of each month at 7:00 PM.
Playgroup and Senior Connection meetings are suspended for the Winter months.	Tax Preparation
