Annual dues are currently $120.00 per year per lot.

Following are the Sierra View Bylaws.  All property owners are bound to these rules by the documents that they signed as part of their property closing.

Rules and Regulations

These rules apply to all Sierra View property owners. The rules have been established by the Sierra View Board of Directors.  Many of the rules have been enacted based on feedback from the membership at Board meetings.  These rules are in effect to protect Sierra View residents investment in their properties, and to make our community a better place to live.
