Sierra View Association provides amenities for it's members in good standing.

• Swimming Pool - The Main pool is L-shaped with approximate dimensions of 75 feet by 50 feet.  The depth of the pool ranges from 3 feet to 10 feet.  There is also a Kiddy pool. The pool area is furnished with lounge chairs, picnic tables, umbrellas, and pool games.  There are certified life guards on duty at all times. A snack bar is available to purchase Hot and cold food, snacks, and beverages.  Rest Rooms and Showers are also available.

• Basketball Court - is located on the level below the swimming pool.

• Clubhouse -  The clubhouse is a large facility which can be used for parties, and special events.  The facility has a Dance Floor, Stage, Limited Service Kitchen, Game Room, Rest Rooms, and Seating for approximately 150. Tables and chairs are supplied. There is ample parking on site.  A large deck surrounds the clubhouse with a beautiful view of the Poconos.  On a clear day you can see all the way to the Delaware Water Gap.

• Play Area - There is a small playground on the clubhouse grounds geared towards younger age children.

• Game Room -  There is a Game Room in the lower level of the clubhouse.  Activities include Ping Pong, Foosball, Pool Table, Bumper Pool, and Video games.  Hours vary, the game room is usually available during Pool hours, and some association functions.
