ATV usage in Sierra View

Pennsylvania has beautiful and challenging opportunities for all terrain vehicle (ATV) riding. Many trails have been developed on public and private lands to accommodate this recreational pursuit.  However, the streets of Sierra View are no place for unregistered, unlicensed ATV riders to pursue this fast growing pastime. 

 

Township ordinances, and SVA’s own Rules and Regulations prohibit ATV usage within the association.  The Commonwealth also provides guidelines for the safe operation, licensing and registration, and insurance requirements of ATV’s in Pennsylvania .

 

We ask all residents of the association to be aware of the rules regarding the safe—and unsafe—operation of ATV’s and how to report a violation.
