Clubhouse Rentals The Clubhouse can be rented by members in good standing subject to availability. The current fee is a very reasonable $200.00 for Weekends to rent the upper Clubhouse. The weekend rate is in effect Friday through Sundays, and Holidays. We offer reduced rental rates on Monday through Thursday of $100.00. A $400.00 security deposit is required in Cash, Money Order, or Cashiers check before rental takes place. Click here to view the Rental Agreement. Note: The lower level of the Clubhouse may no longer be rented separately. The lower level may still be added to an upper level rental for an additional cost of $50.00. Rental Period: 12 Hours - To be concluded no later than 1 AM Building Capacity: 150 Reservations: Required in advance. First come, first serve. Deposit: $50.00 required to secure your date. Please note that the $50.00 is a non-refundable administration fee which will be applied towards your rental fee.
Usage Notes: Clubhouse rentals must be used for private events only. No business functions, or admission may be charged for any event. No events should be open to the public. The office, and the Sierra View Board of Directors reserve the right to refuse rental privileges for any event that they deem inappropriate.
New policy: In order to be fair to all of our members, we have instituted the following policy. Since Saturday is the most popular day to rent the Clubhouse, we have set a two Saturday limit per Property for renting the Clubhouse. All other days are still unlimited.

Damages to any equipment will be charged at the
current market value of items to be replaced plus tax, and delivery charges if
applicable. We will not accept
replacement of damaged items by members, as in the past we have not received
comparable equipment in a timely manner. The
clubhouse is rented on a regular basis, and we need to replace any damages to
meet our obligations to other Renters, within our own timeframes. Damages to the building will be charged at the cost of
materials plus labor, if our maintenance staff can complete them.
If they require a contractor to perform the repairs, we will seek up to 3
bids for the repair, with a majority vote of the board of directors determining
which contractor will be hired. In
the case that this process must be implemented, then the 10-day deposit refund
policy will be suspended, and any unused deposit amount will be returned upon
completion of the contractors work. If the damage requires an Emergency repair,
the bidding process will not be used. Please Note: Any accumulation of fees that exceed your rental deposit, will be billed to your account, and will be required to be paid within 30 Days of receipt of invoice. Any unpaid amounts after this time will be assessed late fees, and will become a lien on your property.
