2008 Pool Fee Schedule

In 2008, the Board of Directors voted to implement the Amenities Usage Fee, which will impact pool users during the 2008 pool season.  The following is a breakdown of fees and responses to some of the more frequently asked questions.

How much is the Amenities Usage Fee?

The fee is $25 per membership per year (or $50 if your dues are paid late).

How does this work?

As in the past, upon paying your annual dues, you will receive stickers to apply to your SVA Membership ID card.  Upon paying this annual fee, you will also receive a second sticker for your ID cards, which will indicate that you paid the 2008 Amenities Usage fee.  Present this card to the staff when entering the pool area.

What if I do not pay this fee?

If you are a member in good standing, you have the option to waive this fee and pay an admission at the gate each time you utilize the pool.  This $1.00 per person admission applies to each member listed on your SVA Membership ID card and your guests that enter the pool area under your guest passes.

What about guests that do not have a guest pass?

As in the past, members in good standing can bring their non-member guests to the pool.  If you do not have a guest pass for your guest, you will need to pay $2.00 for a daily guest pass.  

I paid my dues, but not the Amenities Fee.  What are my options?

You have the option of paying the admission fee each time you use the pool throughout the 2008 season, or paying the Amenities fee at the SVA office.  If you choose to pay the Amenities fee at the office, the cost is $25 if your 2008 dues were paid on time, or $50 if your dues were paid late.
