SVA HOA Payments Options

We are pleased to announce that the Sierra View Office now accepts ACH, Cash, Personal Checks, and Credit Card payments! 

**Bounce check fee of $35.00. 

We can accept these payments over the phone and email you a receipt when you'd like.

As you know, the company charges transaction fees associated with this process for this service. 

Just to remind you, the 2025 SVA HOA Dues Invoices were mailed in December and were due by January 31, 2025. The extension to avoid late charges will end on March 31st. As of April 1st, 2025, you will incur a $10.00 late fee charge per month until your dues are satisfied.
